According to a thread from Dragon Nest CN fansite duowan.com, Dragon Nest KR will bring some new stuffs for us this December, including new Black Dragon Nest, Assassin second job change.

December 2013 update plan:
Shanghai, China DWC, Assassin second job change and Alteria Continent Exploration seacon 3.
Middle of 2014 update plan:
3 new abyss dungeons, Dragon Expedition 2, Memorial 2, level 80 cap, 8th class etc.
Here are the details:
1. Shanghai, China DWC
2. Alteria Continent Exploration seacon 3. Open level 70 rewards, which may include high-grade dragon jade.
3. PvP AI mode. PvP with bots.
4. Black Dragon Nest
5. Assassin second job change. It is said to be a powerful support with abilities like HP recovery and debuff.
6. Level complete modes (The translation may not be correct here. :P) for all the dungeons.
7. 3 New abyss dungeons
8. Dragon Expedition 2 and Memorial 2
Besides, it will open Level 80 cap and new class in 2014.
